First a note:  After almost two months it should be pretty obvious that most of the songs chosen for the MMMI are going to songs *I* like.  So if you think there could be a better song (or more songs) that fit a theme feel free to share!

With that out of the way...

I know many people think Valentine's Day is just another excuse to guilt us into buying stuff for people whether it be a simple card or something much larger. To that end there have been plenty of songs over the years about love and breakups and, well, not being in love anymore.

Here are some of my favorites!

Look, I won't insult anyone with trying to hide today's pick.

The theme is anti-love songs. I have shown for almost two months my musical tastes.  And it is Friday so why work to hard at this!

Released in 1980, "Love Stinks" was one of two top 40 releases from the album of the same name for the J. Geils Band.
