This week, the week of February 15-19, 2016, we will be looking at Grammy Losers!

It is Grammy week and over the years there have been notable snubs from year to year and winners who probably didn't deserve to win or who went on to do nothing more in their careers.  this week we'll glance at a few that the Grammys never thought were quite good enough to win at all.

Quick:  Name a Journey song.

Yeah, that's too easy.

Now name how many you know all the words to.

Exactly.

It's evident that the Grammys want o celebrate the best, not just the most popular.  So Journey have no Grammy wins can be seen as perhaps being nominated against stronger candidates.

And when you find out that Journey has received exactly ONE Grammy nomination over the years it becomes pretty evident that popularity and record sales have no influences on the people who decide such things.

The band's sole nomination came in...1997.  The lost to...The Beatles.

Very weird.
